I am absolutely smitten with Fortitude Valley in Brisbane. It’s a proper bustling spot, shops and cafés everywhere you look, plus a public swimming pool that’s actually heritage listed, which feels very fancy for somewhere I mostly just go to float about in. Honestly I could spend all my pocket money there and not even notice, especially at that designer op-shop called SWOP which is basically my financial kryptonite. I go in for a browse and come out having made several poor decisions I stand fully behind. Ten out of ten place to lose track of both time and money.
